廚房樂之賀年糖環

賀年糖環
材料:兩杯麵粉,三杯水,中蛋兩隻,兩湯匙糖
做法:先將兩隻蛋打爛 (勿打至起泡) ,加兩湯匙糖,攪勻,加入水,攪勻,再加入麵粉,攪勻,查看濃度,如果太稀可再加少許麵粉,用預先加熱糖環模放入粉漿中至齊模面,等兩秒左右,拿起再放入油中炸至金黃色。
