Peggy 教整芒果布丁
芒果布丁
材料:
羅拔臣芒果 Jelly 粉四合
新鮮芒果六個 (或一罐芒果漿)
熱水兩杯
凍水三杯
花奶一罐
做法:
先將四合 Jelly 粉倒入盆中,加入兩杯熱水將 Jelly 粉溶化;三個芒果用攪拌機攪碎,另外三個芒果切粒;將花奶一罐加入盆中,再加入三杯凍水,加入芒果漿及芒果粒,攪勻後放入模中再放入雪櫃中冷凍便可。

廚房樂之賀年糖環

賀年糖環
材料:兩杯麵粉,三杯水,中蛋兩隻,兩湯匙糖
做法:先將兩隻蛋打爛 (勿打至起泡) ,加兩湯匙糖,攪勻,加入水,攪勻,再加入麵粉,攪勻,查看濃度,如果太稀可再加少許麵粉,用預先加熱糖環模放入粉漿中至齊模面,等兩秒左右,拿起再放入油中炸至金黃色。
