九月聯聚日廚房樂之薑汁撞奶
薑汁撞奶
材料: (老)薑汁一茶匙,糖,奶
做法: 用老薑汁一茶匙放碗中, 奶煲至起蝦眼 (記得加糖), 約 80- 85度, 撞入奶中, 等幾分鐘便可。
