芒果味冷凍芝士餅制法

Frozen Fruity Cheesecake (Mango Flavor)

Ingredients:
4 fluid oz of canned sweetened Mango puree (you can add more if you prefer a stronger flavor)
1/2 brick of cream cheese (use NO NAME Brand, it is cheaper)
4 cups of powder (icing) sugar
250 ml whipping cream
Ready-made Crust (chocolate or graham cracker flavor)

Procedures:
1. soften cream cheese at room temperature for at least 1 hour;
2. pour 4 fluid oz of mango puree into a mixing bowl with the soften cream cheese, blend until smooth with an electric mixer (on high gear)
You can add more puree if you desire a stronger mango flavor, but no more than 5 fluid oz
in total or the finished product will become too soft;
3. add 2 cups of icing sugar into the blended mixture, mix them up with the electric mixer;
4. you can add more sugar if you prefer a sweeter product;
5. in another mixing bowl, whip the cream until soft peak;
6. add the remaining 2 cups of sugar into the cream and whip it for another 1 minute;
7. again, you can add more sugar if you want a sweeter product;
8. fold the whip cream into the mango mixture until smooth;
9. pour the combined mixture into a ready-made crust;
10. place the cake into the freezer for at least 4 hours.
